New Program(s)/Position(s) Hiring FT 40 hrs. wk./Non-Exempt/ $16.00 + DOE/Job#01-YSLC Responsible for obtaining & securing employment for youth participants, assisting in job readiness, case management & retention activities. Performs a variety of duties involved with assisting at-risk youth, age 14-24 in meeting their employment & educational goals; provide career counseling & assessment services; identify & meet training needs; provide career coaching, work-experience placement, as well as ongoing monitoring & follow up; ensure performance goals are met and regulations are followed at all times for the various employment programs that are provided, including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), CalWORKs, DOR program(s). Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills. Benefit Overview: As a full time employee, you will be eligible for benefits after 60-days of full time service with the agency, following the first of the month.
